Playmakers are selected former collegiate and professional athletes who serve as mentors, educators, and role models within The Assist community. These are individuals who have demonstrated leadership on and off the field and are committed to guiding others through structured mentorship and educational programming.

The Assist provides organized education services where Playmakers lead workshops, participate in seminars and panel discussions, facilitate guided group sessions, and provide mentorship to both current and former athletes.

This is not just visibility. It is meaningful leadership with real impact.

  • Playmakers serve as trusted mentors for current and former athletes, providing structured guidance, accountability, and real-world perspective based on lived experience.

    Includes:

    • Small-group mentorship sessions

    • One-on-one mentorship opportunities

    • Leadership and accountability check-ins

    • Guided development conversations

    All based on your availability

  • Playmakers actively contribute to The Assist’s education services by leading and participating in organized workshops, seminars, and panel discussions designed to support athlete growth and development.

    • Participate in Playmaker-led educational workshops

    • Lead panel discussions on leadership and transition

    • Host seminars focused on identity, purpose, and career development

    • Facilitate group learning experiences

  • Playmakers maintain an active presence within the private community platform, sharing their journey, offering perspective, and engaging in structured discussions that support learning across generations.

    • Direct engagement with current and former athletes

  • As a Playmaker, you help athletes understand that their story does not end when their playing career does. You model what it looks like to build a meaningful life after sport. Through mentorship, conversation, and leadership, you provide clarity and perspective on how the discipline, resilience, and mindset developed through athletics can translate into purpose, career, and impact.
