The Assist

The Assist is a private, curated community built on leadership, integrity, and mutual growth. Every member shares responsibility for protecting the culture and quality of this network.

By participating in The Assist, you agree to uphold the following standards.

1. Lead With Integrity

Members are expected to:

  • Engage honestly and authentically

  • Represent themselves truthfully

  • Communicate with professionalism and respect

  • Take responsibility for their words and actions

Integrity is not optional. It is foundational to this community.

2. Respect the Journey of Others

The Assist exists because every athlete’s journey matters.

Members must:

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

  • Respect differences in background, sport, identity, and opinion

  • Engage in disagreement with maturity and professionalism

  • Maintain confidentiality within private discussions

Personal attacks, intimidation, or harmful conduct will not be tolerated.

3. Contribute, Don’t Just Consume

The strength of this network depends on participation.

Members are encouraged to:

  • Share their authentic journey

  • Engage thoughtfully in discussions

  • Support and encourage others

  • Contribute insights, lessons, and perspective

This is not a highlight reel platform. It is a growth environment.

4. Protect the Privacy of the Community

The Assist is a private membership-based platform.

Members may not:

  • Share private discussions outside the community

  • Screenshot or distribute confidential content without permission

  • Misuse personal information obtained through the Platform

    Respecting privacy protects trust.

5. Professional Conduct in Mentorship

Mentorship relationships must remain:

  • Professional

  • Respectful

  • Appropriate

  • Playmakers and mentors must avoid:

  • Exploitative behavior

  • Financial solicitation outside approved programming

Conflicts of interest

Unprofessional communication

All participants are expected to maintain healthy boundaries.

6. No Guarantees, No Entitlement

The Assist provides access to education, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Members understand:

  • Opportunities are not guarantee

  • Mentorship placement may vary

  • Professional introductions are discretionary

  • Participation does not guarantee employment

  • The Assist is a platform for growth, not entitlement.

7. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

The following may result in immediate suspension or termination:

  • Harassment or discrimination

  • Threatening behavior

  • Fraud or misrepresentation

  • Sharing confidential information

  • Illegal activity

  • Repeated violation of community standards

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate membership at our sole discretion.

8. Reporting Concerns

If you experience or observe conduct that violates this Code of Conduct, you may report it confidentially to:Info@Theassistteam.com

Reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with discretion.

9. Our Standard

The Assist is not open to everyone. It is built for those who value growth, leadership, and accountability.

We protect this space intentionally. Membership is a privilege, not a right.

By participating in The Assist, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and contribute to a culture built on purpose and respect.
